L E A D E R s H p Leadership is not about a parking spot, a top floor office or a "don't mess with me" attitude. Being a leader has very little to do with being the most important person. True leadership does not insist on its own way. Instead, it lays aside the title, takes a basin of water and washes the feet of others. To lead is to serve. Harding's leadership exemplifies this in more ways than most students will ever know. By faithfully serving, faculty and staff continue to reach across the world through the lives they influence. From mud huts in rural Africa, to top floor offices with "don't mess with me" bosses, their service to students is service to the multitudes. Austin Nightengale
