1991-1992 Yearbook

Clii Sigs & ~gina Promoting Memories After their summer break, Regina members gathered together for their annual outing at the Petit Jean State Park to renew friendships before the school year officially got started. The first event that took place was mixers, visiting and pledge week. After all that was said and done, Regina had gained 24 new members, bringing their membership close to 80. "Pledge week was a great experience," Tammy Austin said. ' 'I'll remember rough night for a long time." Service projects were a big part of Regina's spirit. Every week members helped Mrs. Sehoenberger do housework and helped her with her son. Another project Regina was actively involved with was working with the Housing Authority. Every Saturday, members of Regina and Chi Sigs spent some of their time tutoring, watching movies, and just being with children. A member of Chi Sigs said, "Over the years I've been here, I've seen a lot of wonderful changes in Regina. I appreciate my sisters, and I am thankful that we strive daily to serve the Lord and the others around us. " After the summer break, the men of Chi Sigma Alpha went on their annual canoe trip, but this time they ventured up the Spring River. Once the year got started, 24 new members were inducted into Chi Sigs. Like their sister club, Regina, Chi Sigs participated in several service projects. One of the things that Chi Sigs did to help others was the helping hand they gave the Sehoenbergers on different occasions. "I feel Chi Sigs promotes brotherhood, memories and Christian ideals. It means a lot to me," Tom Gerber said. + - Holly Paul & Angela Anderson LEARNING BY EXAMPLE.
