Winnie Bell Going Away Party

Winnie: 737 Ridgewood Circle Hurst, Tx. 76054 May 25, 2007 It's been a long time since we first met. In 1947 when I came to Harding and got a job working for Dean Sears, and met you then. I was impressed with your gentle and calm attitude which reminded me of your Mother, after I got to know her. You and Mildred have meant so much to me, especially after I moved to Searcyin 1985. Through the years your friendship meant a lot to me as we agreed on so many things, and especially after I lived with you for five years. I think the most outstanding thing was our trips together, especially the one to Alaska. Not long ago I reread the journal you kept and relived the trip. What a wonderful time!! Thank you for keeping that journal. I pray God will bless you with good health for several years yet so you can enjoy your new "Chateau" and that you will be happy there. The way you took care of Mildred was so impressive and God will bless you for that. You both are very special to me, and will always be in my memories. Love, ~'4~~ Louise
