Simple Pleasures and Quality Living
doubt about it. I realize that now. I have more
confidence in myself now and feel that I can do
anything through Christ who strengthens me. I enjoy
beautiful sunsets, ice cream, talking with my kids, and
taking a drive with my husband.

Remember, quality of life is not a position, it's your
disposition! Quality of life lies in your relationship with
God and Jesus Christ, and then it extends down to
those you surround yourself with. Remember your first
love. If you forget that, you won't even know what
"quality of life" is. God will give you quality of life if you
put him first; anything else is a "false sense of security."
Seeing my son or daughter succeed at something that
they have really tried hard at is true quality living.
Hearing the two of them say "I love you" to each other
and knowing they mean it is truly quality living! I would
have to include a warm summer or fall evening with
nothing to do but water the flowers, and a cozy winter
