President Bruce McLarty announced that Harding would return for an in-person semester in August 2020. Harding administration declined petition to change the name of the George S. Benson Auditorium. People invited us into their worlds. When we connected with someone, we were able to understand and appreciate their perspective. They presented us with reasons to live and to learn. Conversations extended beyond campus into the world. We received advice on growth and opportunity. We responded to the prompt of community that Harding continued to offer.
