Harding's faculty, staff and administration provide the framework for the university as a whole. Each classroom, office and communal space is specifically designed to facilitate educational and spi1itual growth. While each student is on a different journey when they come to Harding, the school's leaders are united in an effort to help each student find his or her place in God's Kingdom.
