Getting a good start, the Lady Bisons sprint ahead of the rest of the pack Sept. 7. The women placed second at conference as a team, which advanced them to regionals. Ashe/ Parsons Junior Matt Cum pian holds his place in the race at the University of Arkansas-Little Rock Invitational. Cumpian was the 6th Harding runner to finish and placed 33rd overall. Ashe/ Parsons Meters away from the finish, sophomore Logan Green relaxes as he nears the end of the 5K race. The 5K was a nice break for the men's team because they typically raced more than 4 miles.
