Leadership College was a big leap for many but the faculty and staff at Harding made it their mission to help studentswith the changes. With the close-knit environment each student had the opportunity to build relationships with their professors. Professors not only encouraged and advised students academically but spiritually. Each dean . professor and staff member looked further into the lives of students to their goals. dreams and aspirations.
