2007-2008 Yearbook

social [ ] Social clubs bringwith them responsibility and room for creativity. You have tomake sacrifices for something bigger than yourself — sacrifices like time, money and even wardrobe limitations. It’s not just about wearing a jersey; it’s about representing a tradition. Whether it’s a tradition that dates back to the roots of Harding herself or one that just started last year matters not. You become an important part of a whole. But you aren’t necessarily defined by a club. Rather, you define it. Traditions, jerseys, hymns, verses, mottos and most importantly, people — these are the collective elements that meld together to form social clubs, apivotal brushstroke on the vibrant Harding canvas.
