The band impersonated the style and songs of the legendary rock and roll band. The group has become such a favorite on campus that the Student Activities Committee (S.A.c.) brings them to Harding almost every year. With such a close resemblance to the Beades, students really gOt into 1964's concerts, according to Amber Mitchell, junior. "I had a lot of fun. There were quite a few people at the concert, which made it very exciting," she said. "When they played familiar songs that everyone knew, rhe audience would stand-up and move closer to rhe stage." The S.A.c. broughr a variery of taJents to Harding during the year including the country music group Diamond Rio, al ternative band Better than Ezra and the comedic entertainment of Comedy Sportz and Lynn Trenger.
