This marked the fi rst year in many that a cross country meet was held on Harding 's campus. In order to ga in suppOrt for the meet , the Studenr Association (S .A.) offered fans the opportunity to participate in a pancake breakfast before the meet began. Whet her for foo tball , basketball , baseba ll , soccer or track, Harding sports fans were known for the support and dedication t hey showed to all Bi son teams. In fact, ove r the last tWO yea rs, Harding has built a rep uta ti on for having some of the loudest and craz ies t basketball fans in the Lo ne Sta r Conference (LSC). Known as the "Rh odes Rowdies, " students attending the Bi son basket ball games made sure the opponenr knew who 's court t hey were on by cheering for both the Bisons and Lady Bisons during t he season.
