Serving the sophomore class for the 1998-99 schoolyearwereRocky Wyatt, men's represenataive;Nancy Craig, women's representative; Rex Reeves, vice president; Jill Gilmore, president; and Scott Parker, secretary/treasurer. They strove to accomplish something this year by taking advantage oftheir positions as leaders of the sophomore class instead ofwatching the year go by. "We want to be the first class officers to really do something, not just the little things that others do. We reallywant tomake our class active and help them to get to know each other well," Gilmore said. Theyattempted to bring their classmates closer to Christ by doing various things like participating in class service projects. They also hoped to bring their classmates closer together through planning a sophomore class party. Throughout the year these leaders proved to have done what they set out to do.
