1998-1999 Yearbook

JuniorLauren Godsey works on one ofthe computers in the library that has online capabilities. Harding's library gave students a quiet place to go when they needed to get some studying done. "There are toomany distractions for me to study in my dorm room, "freshman CaseyNeese said. "I don 't always studywhenI'm in the library but 1 just feel more studious by breathing the air. Plus, the library is a better place to meet girls than my dorm room is." Although many may not go to the library to study, others use themany resources provided to expand their mind. The library is especially crowded during dead week and finals week with students trying to cram in those last few pieces of information that willhelp them get an A in their class. It is a place that few enjoy but it is essential formany who want to make good grades. Lindsay Perkins - Jacksonville, Fla. Christie Perry - Hendersonville, Tenn.
