Junior class officers J. R. Duke (vice president), John Massie (secretary-treasurer) and Joel Boone (president) strove to set an example of leadership through service. Duke, a member ofHARM (Harding Athletes as Role Models), used his influence as a basketball team member to help younger students. Both Duke and Massie worked with the Feed Arkansas project this year. Massie also competed in Run for Their Lives, a race benefitting the Eldoret Christian Secondary School in Africa. As a member of Timothy Club, Boone worked with Students Worship Away, preaching for Arkansas congregations. He also served as an intern at his home congregation for two years. Through their service both on and offcampus, thejunior class officers were able to follow the example set by Christ and serve as role models for their classmates. Photo by Aaron Gillihan.
