Admissions adviser Greg Brown shows two prospective students what daily life at Harding is like . Many students toured the campus before deciding to come. They based their decision on many factors. Some chose Harding for its strong academic reputation and spiritual emphasis. Others came because their parents and perhaps grandparents had attended Harding; they were simply continuing a proud family tradition. Still others based their decision on the beauty of the campus or the friendly atmosphere. Freshman Marka Fambro visited for the first time at Texas Roundup. "It was really rainy, and everything looked like a storybook. The leaves were turning colors. Everyone seemed just like me. I felt at home, like I could relate," she said. Tianay Chambers, also a freshman, said, "!just thought everyone was really friendly and the atmosphere was happy ." Photo by Aaron Gillihan. Robin Lee - Casselberry, Fla.
