eadership stands tall among qualities of excellence. It takes time to develop any skill worthy of recognition. Our microcosm here was built on a foundation of networks. More than 60 organizations on campus created a strong network of individuals who joined together in smaller groups to fulfill a single purpose. It may have been the Thundering Herd holding a formation as the trumpet line performed the melody. It may have been the debate team arguing to prove a point.
