ARA,,,,,___Not Mom's-·But Improving ARA Dining Services made quite a few changes in the 1991-92 year under the direction of Charles Liming, manager. While it was definitely not Mom's cooking, ARA made an effort to have -o food that the students wanted. * One of the most popular changes im- ~ plemented by Liming was the Wokery, ~ a line of stir-fry dishes. Another popu- ~ Jar change was the Big Scoop ice cream line, which had ice cream and an assortment of toppings. Another change in the cafeteria was the appearance of napkin holders on every table. The holders were iRstituted for environmental and economical reasons; they helped to eliminate waste. The general feedback from the student body was positive; students seemed to appreciate the effort to make them happy. Faith Ort said, "They are ve~ __good. I'm impressed.
