Her job was difficult as she was responsible fo r alphabetizing and o rganizing all student photos. How To Look It Up Where is my picture? Many students go thumbing through the classes session and try to look for their picture, but when they get to their "class", they find that they do not appear there. Then frantically they turn to the index to find that they are not in " right" class. Well, this is why. When the Petit Jean staff classifies your picture we use the fall list of students, and your classification when you come to school is where you are classified. If you are one of those fortunate students that is a semester behind, and your classification changes in the December instead of in May you will not be where you expect to find yourself. The reason why we have to stay with the Registrar's list is that the Petit Jean is a historical document, and can be used in a court of law. The staff has to go with the accuracy of this list. We realize that we will not have everyone pictured in the book, but one of our rules is to use the " correct " list. If for some reason you are not in the proper class, and your classification changes in May, then you need to go to the registrar and fix it with their list. The editors on this staff are human too.
