Nationals-1st Time In History Tremendous talent and ability along with the persistence of a hardworking team proved to be plenty for the Lady Bisons to have a spectacular season. Not only did they finish with a record of 11-1 in conference play and another AIC championship, but for the first time in Bisons played some tough and trying opponents. They included North Florida, BYU of Hawaii, Hastings and Southwestern of Texas. The Lady Bisons' victory came against North Florida. history, the Lady Bisons made it to the NAIA National Volleyball Championships. At nationals, the Lady Bisons finished with one win and three losses, and they placed 13th overall. Just being one of the 20 out of .3.30 NAIA teams was a great honor. Their regular season record was .38-12, and their only loss in the AIC was to Southern Arkansas. The Lady Bisons won several tournaments and had two players named all-conference and alldistrict.
