Before Dean knew she was actually queen, she said, "If I win it will mean that I have more friends than I thought! But seriously, it means a lot to me to represent such a fine club. The ties that I have formed with the members of Chi Sigma Alpha these past four years and especially this year, will always be remembered. There is a lot of love in that club, and I'm proud to be a part of it." A member of Zeta Rho social club, Dean also enjoyed reading, drawing and playing sports.
