Psychology, Social Work and Home Economics: Dietetics, AHEA, and Social Work club worked to get their students involved in their areas of expertise The Social Work Club, Dietetics, and AHEA all worked in their own fields to excel and learn more. These groups worked together to help the community and University. The Social Work Club honored J'.I. "Resident of the Month" from the three community nursing homes and hosted Blue Ribbon Day in chapel to honor two students from the Sunshine School. These programs were a regular part of chapel so all students had opportunity to enjoy their work. These social work majors also visited area agencies to enhance learning and skills as a future social worker. The Arkansas Home Economics Association (Student Member Section) was a club whose purpose was to affiliate 288 Bonded Impressions students with professionals in the field of Home Economics. This organization gave its student members the opportunity to learn and experience much about careers and opportunities in the home economics field. The Dietetics club was an organization that promoted professional development in the field of dietetics. The club provided for the networking of the students and professionals in the field. Dr. Wilson, sponsor of Dietetics club, said the club helped with Wellness Week, and planned special activities for the National Nutrition month which was March.
