Another Great Season The golf team ended the season the same way they did the year before. Their third place finish in the AIC left them behind close rivals Arkansas Tech and Henderson State, who ranked in the national top 10 of the NAIA. Throughout the season, the Bisons participated in several tournaments. One such tournament was the 17th District Tournament in Hot Springs where the team placed fourth. , "I was very pleased with the boys. Second row: Berney Waite Jr., 202 Rival Impressions The team leader was Matt Patton, who placed tenth in the conference, slightly missing the AllConference team by two places. Patton was followed closely by Scott Barber, placing 13th. The starting team consisted of seniors and co-captains Matt Patton and Scott Barber; sophomores, Todd Rhinehart and Tom Keller; and freshman Berney Waite.
