Petit Jean O!!_een &enior Julie Lon8 chosen to rei8n D uring chapel , Julie Long, who represented Chi Sigma Alpha social club, was crowned Petit Jean Queen. Long, a senior from Louisville, Kentucky, was a Speech Pathology major. Vanesa Diles and Brenda Greer were selected by the student body to reign on the Petit Jean court, along with Long. "Being nominated for Petit Jenn Queen was fabulous! I represent a men's club that has the best friends I have ever had ," Long replied when informed of her nomination. Long enjoys watching movies, being active with Chi Sigs and spending PETIT JEAN QUEEN. Julie Long, senior, is crowned Petit Jean Queen. She planned to attend graduate school and later work with exceptional children. Diles, a senior from Searcy, was an Elementary education major. She represented Titans social club. She was a member of Zeta Rho social club and planned to get married and teach in Little Rock. Greer, a senior from Springfield, Missouri, majored in General Science. She planned to begin nursing school upon graduation. Greer represented Knights social club and was a member of Zeta Rho social club. The three nominees were very active within their social club and field of study. Greer summed it up with her reply, "Just to be nominated, is a special honor.
