xcellence was one of the goals of every faculty member and administrator at Harding. Students depended on them for spiritual as well as educational guidance. The faculty and staff took a personal interest in the well-being of the students. They were true role models in both the professional and spiritual lives of the one they influenced. Programs such as Home Bible Study, sponsored by the College Church, enabled students to develop personal relationships with them and their families. As the university changed and grew, so did the faculty and staff. Students were able to take advantage of favorable changes that took place. Keeping the grade was a goal academically, socially, and above all else, ' spiritually. -Shannon Romine 140 Keeping the grade FUTURE PLANS. President David B.
