Whds Who at Harding E ach year, a select group of students were honored by one of the most prestigious awards the academic community can bestow. That was the honor for being selected to Whd s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges has been one of the highest regarded and longstanding honor programs in the nation. It shows a student's outstanding leadership ability, and the overwhelming amount of respect gained from the university faculty and administration. There were 193 Harding students nominated for this honor of which 45 were selected for the award. Selections for Whds Who were made in the fall by campus nominating committees . These committees consisted of representatives from the faculty, administration, and the student body. This procedure served to highlight the individual and diverse talents of America's most prominent students. For through their many contributions and service to community and school, these were the young adults who enhanced the positive image of American youth.(> Who's Who.
