While at Harding he was a member of the Chi Sigs socia l club. "The opportunities provided by my social club have done a lot for me, it has given me a wider circle of friends and relationships that I'm certain will last a lifetime, " Huffman said. "Qollege Republicans has given me a chance to speak out on my political views and to become more directly involved in the American po litica l system," Bryan sa id. He served as vice president of the St udent Association in his junior year. An accounting major from Valley Springs, Jeff Tennyson was active in the TNT social club and a member of Harding's Economics Team. Being a part of TNT has given Tennyson the opportunity "to grow close to other guys whose friendship and spiritual fellowship will stay with me a lifetime." Donna Summerhayes is one of many students who took advantage of the opportunity to work with International Campaigns. 'The campaigns to Germany and Switzerland gave me a world perspective on life. I will forever be grateful for this experience." Summerhayes was a spec ial and elementary education major from Mount Vernon, Ohio. She was a member of the Theta Psi social club. Gail Reaves was an elementary education major from Hill sboro, Mo. She was a member of the Chi Alpha Rho social club and served as its president during her senior year. She was also a member of Harding University's first women 's volleyball team. Reaves was happy with her decision to come to Harding.
