The leaves stand forth in a dazzling array of color; the deep golden grass etches itself into our memories; and this planet earth comes to a total awakening and newness of life. It perhaps can best be summed up in one word - change. Harding's junior class felt the thrills and heartaches of that fall season . Along with the beneficial status symbol of maturity and a sense of having arrived, the woeful ides of March awaited each junior as he or she made final firm decisions on majors and therefore plans for the future.
