1980-1981 Yearbook

Beta Tau Adopts Grandmother Mrs. Miller. of Searcy, was selected to be Beta Tau's adopted grandmother. The members invited her to all the club functions throughout the year and also remembered her with cards and visits. Weekly, they held club devotionals designed to boost their spiritual life. They also celebrated the arrival of spring together with a visit to the Sunshine School, where they helped color eggs. A combination hayride/chili cookout at Joe McReynolds' farm was held to give old and new members a chance to become better acquainted. Their annual Christmas party was held at Wyldewood. The activities included eating, playing games, singing and exchanging gifts. Beta Tau was also kept busy in sports. Teams were active in softball. volleyball, speedball, basketball and swimming.
