" ) don't really know why we should have queens except maybe for the tcam's benefit. Some girls consider it important, I know, but personally I feel that it' s given too muc h emphasis. She was active in the Studenl Associat ion, wor king as a member of the Student Activities Commillee, and managed her time well enough to be a Bi son cheerleader , also. Kim was honored by her classmates in being se lected c lass representati ve to the Homecoming court in her sophomore and junior years. In her spare time she played tennis, raised plants and allended Life sessions of the Co llege church congregat ion. Kim's final comment s of her lat est honor? "I beli eve that any ha ll or, whether it' s a nomination or being part of an organizati on, etc., shou ld be used to the glory of God; not for o ne' s personal glorification .
