-. . , -- Club activities spur interests G R o U P 5 372 On September 20, the Fu ture Homemakers of America added to its membership 11 new. members. Under the leaders hip of president Carol Coker, the cl ub planned and carried out various activities to promote in terest in the family and homelife. A Daddy-Daughter progressive dinner was held October 23. The mothers' turn came on March 25 when the annual Mother-Daughter banquet was held. The officers for the 1980-1981 school year were also installed at this time. Other act ivities sponsored by the Future Homemake rs of America were cake decorating classes and on October 20 the Harding Academy chapter was in charge of registration at the Federation meeting held in state meet in Ap ril. The Future Business Leaders of America saw a grea t increase in membership this year as a to tal of 27 students joined the dub. The act ivities of FBLA began with a district Parliamenta'ry Procedure workshop in Beebe on October. The first official FBLA contest was held in Mid-February.
