David Camp Chi Sigma Alpha president David majored in biology in preparation for tome try school . From Decatur, Georgia, David was a member of Campus Players and the Dramatics Club. He sang with Chorale and also participated in May Campaigns. Tri-Sigma Delta honored him by selecting him as a club beau. Joyce Cashatt Accounting major Joyce Cashatt was active in many areas during her Harding years . A transfer from York College, the Kansas native became involved with the American Studies program and was honored with membership in A1pha Chi. An athlete, Joyce played intramural sports, was an intramural all-star, and participated in PEMM Club, She was a member of Tri-Sigma Delta social club and was chosen queen for Alpha Gamma Omega. "The Spiritual life Committee was favorite activity because I came to understand the sheer difficulty in communicating in terms that people understand," commented Jonathan Cloud, from WinstonSalem, North Carolina. Jonathan was actively involved in dramatics, intercollegiate debate and . collegiate speech arts. A Bible major, Jonathan transferred from Atlanta Christian CoJlege. His future pJans involve "a continuation of the Im,pa;rat'ion for the ministry of the word of Libby Cochran "Being a leader in different classes and being involved with the faculty outside the classroom has made a big difference in my time at Harding:' commented senior nursing major Libby Cochran. Elected as a Student Association representative her freshman year and as Homecoming class representative, her activities at Harding were diversified. Libby participated in Chorale and campaigns to Brazil and was inducted into Alpha Chi and the Nursing Honor Society, She was a member of Zeta Rho social club and has made plans to work in the Nigerian Christian Hospital the summer after her graduation. Martha Collar A journalism major from Little Martha Collar was editor of the Bison year, her fourth in association with paper. Martha was a member of the Society Collegiate Journalists. She served her Phi Delta, in the office ~ of president, president and treasurer. A participant in campaigns to AUlStrali;.] and to Iowa, Martha said, "Harding given me a good background to serve Lord to my fullest potential." Martha hopes to work'rwcl:it~h:o~a,~~;~~~ine'H Patti Jo Dillard Patti )0 Dillard felt that the A Cappella was the biggest aid in her college life because "it gave me a chance both to meet many other people that I might not have otherwise met, and to go past the donn club boundaries ." With a major in business, Patti Jo's academic abilities placed her on the Dean's List and helped bring her memberships in Delta Mu Delta and Pi Gamma Psi. She was further honored when Chi Sigma Alpha men's club elected her queen. From Tempe, Arizona, Patti Jo was an active participant in a variety of organizations, In addition to being in A Cappella, she was also in the Chorale and the Orchestra.
