Chi Lambda Chi 'clowns around' in Homecoming parade Following Pledge Week antics with formal initiation in the fellowship room of College church of Christ, Chi Lambda Chi embarked on the fall semester by having a skating and bunking party. Keeping the Chi Lambda tradition , the girls and dates conducted a hayride and country supper at Wyldewood. Another custom for the club was participation in the Homecoming parade November 4 garbed in clown costumes . Chi Lambda's Christmas party was unusual in style ; the girls had a "mystery dinner ." Freshman Urain Mangrum commented , "Although you might have had to eat beans with your fingers for dessert, the party was a good ice breaker and we enjoyed it a lot.
