Junior Wildcats finish with undefeated 6-0 record JUNIOR HIGH FOOTBALL RESULTS The 1978 football season for the Junior High Wildcats began when they took on the First Lutheran Falcons of Little Rock. After defeating the Falcons 26-20, they were off to a great start. Coach Barden's outlook was for a promising season. "We are anticipating a good season although we have quite a bit of inexperience." One of the major factors that helped the team was that all thirty-seven players worked together and continued to improve throughout the season. They improved a great deal and finished the season with a very satisfying 20-0 victory over the Cotton Plant Scrappers to complete a perfect 6-0 record for the season.
