Tim 9orgcnscnl) Tim Jorgensen , a Bible and Biblical languages major from League City, Texas, used his training as he participated in Austrian Campaigns. Three years of activity with the Timothy Club and two years with the A Cappella completed his schedule of extra-curricular activities. Tim was named to the Dean's List for four years and was a member of Alpha Chi. With the ambition of receiving a doctorate in his major field, Bible and Biblical Languages, Phil Lacefield hopes eventually to teach at a college or university. A native of Tulare, California Phil was named to the Dean's List and to Alpha Chi as well as working with World Evangelism Forum and Timothy Club. Phil was active for two years in International Camp3igns and was a staff member of KHCA. Also a member of A Cappella and of Kappa Sigma Kappa social club, Phil served as a resident assistant for two years. ¢Dan .xolt Dan Holt's optimistic viewpoint includes a "fundamental belief in the cammon sense and intelligence of people." A business management major from Effingham, illinois , Holt was chairman of Young Americans for Freedom and served as a student intern in the nation's capital city duing his ' junior year. Competing on the Free Enterprise Team for three years , he helped the group capture the regional championship . Dan was selected for membership in Alpha Chi and participated in the American Studies program. John Karapateas from Athens , Greece was a business marketing and Bible major with a minor in French. John served the College church on the Facing the Issues Bible Class Committee. An active participant in American Studies for three years, John also worked with the Timothy Club for four years, played intramural sports and was a member of Pi Gamma Psi and the French club. He spent two years working with International Campaigns and was named to the Dean's List for three years. Junior Charles Murphy combined a biology major with a minor in psychology in preparation for a career in medicine . Charles, an Alpha Chi member and assistant editor of the Petit Jean , also found time to serve on the Student Association Public Relati .:ms Committee and to act as chairman of the Traffic Review 80ard. Murphy was involved in the Society of Collegiate Journalists , the Pre-med club and Psi Chi. He served as secretary for Galaxy social club and played intramural sports for three years .
