Membership in Alpha Chi and three years on the Dean's List headed the list of achievements for Searcy native Donna Coker. A social work major. Donna took part in the American Studies program, Campaigns Northwest and the award-winning debate squad. To complement her major, Donna was a member of the Behavioral Science club and the National Association of Christian Social Workers . She was a member of Shantih social club. ~ob 'Jromplon I) Bob Crompton, from Alpharetta, Georgia, chose economics as his major field of study, coupling with it a minor in mathematics. Bob ' s academic achievements awarded him a spot on the Dean 's List for five years , as well as three-year membership in Alpha Chi. Bob participated in Delta Mu Delta honor fraternity for business majors and was on the track team one year. Speech Education major Mollie Cox immersed herself in drama and music to complement her goals for the future , which include teaching college level threatre courses. Her theatre credits while at Harding included She Stoops to Conquer , The Fantasticks, 1776, Cherry Orchard and Brigadoon , as well as parts in Interpreter's Theatre productions . Mollie was twice awarded Best Actress and was selected Best Supporting Actress once. She sang with A Cappella for three years, was a fouryear participant in Campus Players and served as president of Alpha Psi Omega. Mollie was a member of Zeta Rho . Eugene Conner feels that through his activities at Harding, he has gained "a more spirit-filled life, quality education and friends for eternity." Eugene. an accounting major from Millington, Tennessee, served on the Spiritual Life Committee and the College Church Worship Committee . He attained academic recognition by being inducted into Alpha Chi honor society. Conner was, president of King's Men social club and of Delta Mu Delta business honor organization. He was a member of Pi Gamma PSi, and participated in Spring Break Campaigns and Campus Singers.
