More than 500 students were directed in part-time work by the permanent staff. The two dining hall staffs fed 2, 100 students and dormitory supervisor,s provided counsel.Securityofficers patrolled the campus night and day and became personal friends to many students . Secretaries implemented departmental and administrative services to students. The maintenance staff kept the buildings and grounds in good repair. The educational media center , the computer center , the placement office, the counselling center, the testing center, and the health center made valuable contributions to faculty and students alike. The admissions office coordinated student recruitment and the pubiic relations office informed clientele and the general public about the College and its achievements . The development office raised $600,000 for operational expenses this year in addition to a much larger amount in the Phase III Development Program.
