4 The Hard ing Academy FBLA chapter started the year early by tak ing the Parliamentary Procedure Team to t he National FBLA Convention in Denver during July. Harding Academy also had a speller on the state team, and the team placed ninth in nationa l compet ition . FBLA'e rs sta rted the sp rin g semester's competition by placing second in the sweepst akes division of the county FBLA meet , and anticipated doing we ll in both the distri ct and state meets. 1.
