Profits from 'Winter Festival' help send youngsters to camp Participation in local and national service gave many students a sense of fulfillment. 400 pints were given in the annual fall blood drive. Students turned in an overwhelming response when blood was needed for fellow student Kim Richards and Brother Robert Street. Community children benefited from the Big Brother and Sister programs. Canvassing the community, students brought cans ·of food as their admission to the Halloween Party in the gym. JOY performed various acts of service and provided devotionals for the girls. Thr Christmas Toy and Dolly Drive once again met with success. Gata sponsored the Winter Festival for the purpose of crowning the basketball queen and raising money to send children to Camp Wyldewood. 72 / STUDENT INVOLVEMENT
