Tracksters compete against larger teams in invitational meets With nearly all Junior High boys participating, Coach Larry Richmond's track team took part in many invitational relays as well as the County and District meets_ The Junior 'Cats competed against Class A and AA schools in order to improve times and distances. Due to a 1973 ruling of the Arkansas Athletic Association, Junior High teams are no longer allowed to compete in State track meets. 1. FOLLOWING through with good form, Joe Kell throws the discus. 2.
