Service groups work at club car washes to buy camera unit Working together on various projects, the Academy's three service groups donated a total of over $200 to purchase a camera and flash unit for student publications. Senior Key Club members earned $115 washing cars on the College Church parking lot. In a Jogathon to Camp Wyldewood and back, the Junior Key Club raised $50. At the halfWay point the club roasted wieners, played football, and swam. The club purchased a new mirror for the boys' restroom, a glass cover for Mrs. Vivian Hyde's desk, and a set of blinds for the science room. To improve the appearance of Principal Bill Diles' office, the Junior Civitans painted walls pale green, put up new curtains, and refinished old chairs. 1.
