Beta Club doubles membership, assists in NARC fund drive More then doubling its size, the Senior Beta Club admitted 23 new members in the first half of the school year. The club assisted Sponsor Elsie Lynn on November 11 by collecting for the National Association for Retarded Citizens. Walking from College Park to the Pizza Hut was the highlight of the iUllior Beta Club's September 29 party. In the spring the members spent a day touring Little Rock. Officers were elected in an April meeting. Members of the Beta Club have achieved and maintained a 90 percent average in all solid subjects for two consecutive six-week grading periods. 1.
