300 / SUB-DEB Sub-Deb initiation adds six Climaxing Sub-Deb social club's pledge week was the formal initiation of six new members. The candlelight initiation ceremony, held in the home of Karm Beavers , was followed by a devotional led by the club beaux. Active in the girls' intramural program, Sub-Deb placed second in the fall softball tournament. Pitcher Kim Martin and shortstop Susan Musick were chosen as the club's most valuable softball players. Work parties in members' homes and in the girls' dorm were held to construct hats and books for pledge week, signs for lockers, and decorations for the spring banquet. 1. L. Cornelsen 2. M.
