Altman interested in academic and moral status of students TED M. ALTMAN, Ed.D., effectively implemented the objectives of Harding College as Dean of Students through a broad·based "low key" approach and close personal contact with students. Altman served as vice president of Region IV of the National Association of Student Personnel Deans and was a charter member of the Three Rivers Arkansas chapter of Phi Delta Kappa organized in the fall. Dean Altman directed students as Foreign Student Advisor and as Veterans Advisor. He was listed in Outstanding Educators of America and Outstanding Personalities of the South.
