In a world in which individuals search for their identities, we recognize that our unique community is the place of our beginnings. For many, in - troduction into the community constituted a social upheaval. Entire families pulled up stakes, moving so their children could obtain a Christian education. Dormitory students faced extended periods of separation from their parents for the first time. As time passed, we formed enduring friendships and became dedicated to the way of life that we have come to value above all else.
