Tucker delegates $2.9 million budget for athletic coliseum LOTI R. TUCKER., B.A., Vice President for Finance and Business Manager, administered an operational budget of $12,500,000 for 1975-76 and supervised the construction of the $2.9 million physical education-gymnasium complex so that it was ready for use by the beginning of the spring semester. He made numerous trips to Dallas and Washington, D. c., to confer with various foundations and government offices. During the year, he converted the operatidns of his office to the computer that was installed in July, greatly speeding up the services provided by his office. He was an active member of the Searcy Chamber of Commerce, the Searcy Planning Commission, and the Searcy Kiwanis Club. He also served on the board of the Searcy Federal Savings and Loan Association. He was a member of the Southern Association of College and University Business Officers and the National Association of College and University Business Ofricers. Tucker served as an elder of the College Church of Christ and was chairman of the Building and Ground Committee and a member of the Finance Committee. 1. MR.
