Thinclads place five in Ale meet, two conference champs Improvement was evident as the track team went from 7th place with 17 points in the 1974 AIC meet to 4th place with 31 points in the 1975 AIC meet. The thinclads had five men to place in the AIC meet. Steve Flatt, a freshman, tossed the shot put 50-4 for a first place conference victory_ Steve Celsor also placed 1st in his specialty, the high jump, with a leap of 6'7"_ Marshall Grate, placing 4th in the mile run, turned in a time of 4: 17.2. His best jump of the season, 46'3-112" , enabled Greg Blake to place 3rd in the triple jump. Leon White placed 3rd in the 440 intermediate hurdles with a time of 53.5, his best of the year. Mark Galeazzi placed 4th in the 3-mile event with a time of 14:38.3. 1. WITH precision, Leon White hands the baton off. 2. CISCO BASSETT blasts out of the blocks for the first leg of the relay. 3.
