158/ DELTA CHI Grandparents adopted by girls Delta Chi began a very busy year by having a fall skating party with Alpha Omega, their brother club, and an all-female bowling party later on. Other brother-sister club activities were building a Homecoming float and having a breakfast at Wyldewood in the Spring. Sponsoring a Christmas party for the children at the Sunshine School and performing various acts of kindness for their adopted grandparents at Oakdale nursing home, the members of Delta Chi kept uppermost in their minds their club motto "Greatest happiness comes from service to others." 1.
