Spiritual growth set by administrators as primary objective J. E. BERRYHILL, MA, has served 23 years at the Academy, in various capacities as the need existed - coach, principal, teacher. counselor, and registrar. His first association with Harding began in the fall of 1930 when he enrolled as a freshman in college. This year, in addition to teaching American History, Old Testament, and Driver's Education, he has served as Registrar. His hobbies are collecting coins, making and shooting bow and arrows, and crafts. He has made plans to retire at the end of this school year. BILL DILES, MA, has served as Principal of the Academy for eight years. During the past year he served as chairman of the North Central Steering Committee that directed the self-study for the re~evaluation visit that was successful. Last summer he sponsored the Future Business Leaders Association team to the national conference in San Francisco where the Academy team placed fourth in the nation. Mr. Diles served as chairman of the Bevevolent Committee of the College church and on the Worship and Missions Committees. PERRY S. MASON, MA, LLD, has served as Superintendent of the Academy for 28 years. He has developed the Academy into an outstanding Christian academy that has been accredited by the North Central Association since 1955. During 1974, Dr. Mason served as State Commander of the American Legion. He has traveled extensively speaking on the American way of life.
