Harding harriers capture Ale-NAIA district 17 crown The Harding cross country team won the Arkansas Intercollegiate Conference for the tenth time in the school's history. At the AIC-NAIA meet, the harriers won their second straight NAIA District 17 title. The Bisons placed four runners in the top nine finishers to post an undisputed 3745 victory over second place Ouachita Baptist University. Mark Galeazzi finished third in the race with a 25:45 time, and Marshall Grate grabbed fourth place with a time of 25:46. Matt Comotto and Robert Mead finished with times of 26:26 and 26:38, respectively, in the five mile race. Coach Ted Lloyd sparked the team to one of its finest seasons.
