Water Buffaloes take second place in Ale swim meet The Harding Water Buffaloes displayed an outstanding performance at the AIC swim meet held at Hendrix. The team placed second falling by a short margin of 17 points to Hendrix. Dale Linge, Dave Denman, and Paul Knarr took first, second, and third in the SaO-yard freestyle. Mark Trotter gave an all out individual performance by winning first place in the one-meter diving. This gave Harding the diving championship for four straight years. Minter Molielo took second place in the 200-yard butterfly to bring the Water Buffaloes closer to the lOS point team score. Dave Rutter, Wendel Cave, John Estland, and Danny Duclos also gave exceptional performances at the meet. 268 / SWIMMING 2
